2. Bookings & appointments

Bookings can be made online via Bookzyr or by phone. When you book, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information;
  • Show up on time, or give at least 24 hours notice if you can't make it (see cancellation policy);
  • Pay the price advertised at the time of booking, plus any add-ons agreed at the chair.

3. Pricing

Live pricing is available on Bookzyr. We try to keep our website accurate but Bookzyr is the source of truth. Prices may change without notice.

4. Conduct in the shop

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behaviour we consider unsafe, abusive, or disrespectful to our barbers or other clients.

5. Children

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care providing our services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from our services or your use of this website is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the price paid.

Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

All content on this website (text, images, branding) is the property of Empire Barbershop or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce it without permission.
