Booking & visiting
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are strongly recommended — especially on Friday and Saturday. Book online via Bookzyr or call the shop.
How do I book a specific barber?
On Bookzyr, pick the barber by name when selecting your time slot. If you've got a favourite from a previous visit, just request them at booking.
What if I'm running late?
Call us as soon as you can. We'll usually hold your slot for 5–10 minutes; longer than that and we may have to reschedule.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — through Bookzyr, or by calling the shop. Please give us at least 24 hours notice. See our cancellation policy for details.

What services do you offer?
Precision men's haircuts, skin fades, low/mid/high tapers, beard trims and shaping, kids' cuts, and custom or classic styles. Current pricing for every service is listed on Bookzyr when you book.
How much is a haircut?
All our current prices are on Bookzyr — pick your service when you book and you'll see the exact price before you confirm.
Do you do kids' cuts?
Yes. A couple of our barbers specialise in kids' cuts — book under the kids' service on Bookzyr and we'll route you to the right chair.
Do you do beard work without a haircut?
Yes — beard trims, line-ups and full sculpting can be booked as standalone services.

Where exactly is Empire Barbershop?
3A Station Street, Oakleigh VIC 3166 — two doors from Eaton Mall, two minutes' walk from Oakleigh station.
What are your opening hours?
Monday 10am–6pm. Tuesday to Friday 10am–8pm. Saturday and Sunday 10am–6pm.
Is there parking nearby?
Free 2-hour street parking on Atherton Rd, Drummond St and around Eaton Mall. The Oakleigh station car park is two minutes' walk away.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
