If you find an identical product at a lower price from another Australian retailer, let us know and we'll match the price!.

Here's how it works: Simply fill out the form on our Price Match page with the details of the lower-priced item. An Empire Barbershop team member will review and confirm the competitor's price, ensuring it aligns with our terms and conditions outlined below.

Price Beat Terms & Conditions:

1. The competing retailer must be based in Australia.
2. The competitor's quote or voucher must be current and valid.
3. The product compared must be identical to our own and currently in-stock in the required quantity at the competitor's store.
4. Any additional competitor conditions, including payment type, delivery, trade or retail pricing, and taxation, must be met.
5. Price Match only applies to full-priced items. For sale items, we can match the competitor's price but cannot beat it.
6. Products listed on third-party marketing platforms (e.g., eBay, Catch, Amazon, etc.) are excluded from our Price Match.

Please note: we also reserve the right to limit quantities and the Price Match does not apply to:

• Cash back offers
• Delivery charges
• Duty-free pricing
• Payment surcharges
• Brand distributor pricing
• Liquidation or clearance sales
• Items in used or floor stock condition
• Reproductions of competitor vouchers
• Offers from auction vendors
• Prices from retailers outside of Australia
