What shipping methods are available?
Shipping will be sent via standard parcel or express parcel delivery through AusPost. Prices will be shown upon checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Please note flammable/dangerous goods cannot be sent internationally and will be cancelled.
Is customer pickup available?
No, currently we do not have a physical store for any pickups. Orders will be shipping only.
What if I received a defected item?
Reach out to us via phone, email or social media with the necessary photo evidence so we can claim the loss from Australia Post. In the meantime your order will be dispatched again to not keep you waiting. Please make sure to do the above within 7 days of receiving your order as per our policies.
