Australia-wide Shipping

While we offer competitive prices Australia-wide we also offer fair postage/shipping costs by charging based on weight. The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

• Processing time is 0-2 business days.
• Delivery time is 2-10 business days.
• Express delivery time is 1-4 business days. 
  
• Free parcel delivery available on all orders over $250 within Australia.
• Shipping costs for Furniture will not be valid with the same conditions as above
• There is also an Express delivery option available at checkout.
• Please note all our orders require signature on delivery. Authority to leave can be requested(We don't take responsibility on fulfilled deliveries if authority to leave has been requested).
  

For domestic order dispatch we work with Australia Post to fulfil all orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking to check status and updates.

New Zealand Shipping

Empire Barbershop provides shipping to New Zealand as well! The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Orders from New Zealand are sent via Australia Post Standard International Postage service. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking to check status and updates.

For missing items please contact us immediately and we will follow up with the postal service and create a case.
